"I went in as a new patient. They called before my appnt to see if I could go in early then made me wait an hour before seeing the doctor. The ladies at the front desk ignored me when I came in and I finally had to say excuse me hello Im here. After all that waiting the therapist spent very little time with me and just threw a stim pack on me with no heat or ice. Left and assistant came to take it off and told me to wait for the doc to come back. Waited like 10 min for the assistant to come back in and tell me I could just leave. Therapist never came back. Between waiting in the waiting room and waiting in the therapy room I was there for over 2 hours and felt like nothing was done. I have been to PT before and this is not how it typically is even on a first visit. Will not be returning and frustrated I wasted so much time there. As a side note, I could hear the therapist having a heated conversation with the receptionist for like 20 minutes while I was just sitting there waiting to be seen by her...very unprofessional."

"The staff here are kind and caring; A lot of them worked with me and got to knew me by name while I was dealing with my back pain. The treatment here is very self regulating and can be lapse at times, but it works and they're helping me to manage my back pain."

"Shocked by the ethics of this office and therapists who are in charge. Within my 7 visits the therapist worked with me one day. The rest of the times I was plugged into the electric stim machine and left alone. No one even watched me do my exercises to see if they were correct. Then I missed my appointment due to a car accident and never did I receive a call to reschedule my appointments. It’s been almost a month and they have not called to see where I am. I’ve never experienced such a thing from a medical practice. Not sure if patients are their true priority but surely I did not receive that kind of care."
