"My wife goes to this doctor. She likes the doctor, but the concern is it's the front office staff that is asking and reviewing everything and speaking to patients than the doctor. All the tests results that was performed for my wife repeatedly has been discussed with her by front office staff and not the doctor. They have been advising my wife more than the doctor. This is not acceptable as we are going there to get critical inputs from doctor and not to see the front office admins. I am sure this is what many patients would have experienced. Kindly request the doctor to look in to this and stop this behavior."
