"Okay, I usually do not write reviews but my experience with carepoint is my one exception. The actual doctors are phenomenal at their job and take all issues no matter how small very serious. They genuinely seem happy to see and help their patients in such an authentic way that I have yet to see with other general doctors. With that being said, the front desk staff have got to be some of the most rudest individuals I have ever met. Walking in it instantly seems as though they do not care who you are and what you are doing their. Seeing them smile is rarer then seeing a blue moon. On top of that, it is extremely hard for me to make an appointment with this facility as every time I call they allow it to ring. This is something I have witnessed as I am being checked in for my stay. Just today I had called a total of 7 times from both number offered online to simply be sent to voicemail. My one request is that they either fix their phones to deal with the missed calls issue or make sure your front desk assistants are being attentive to the phone. I would have given this place 5 stars if it where not for my poor experience with the front desk staff."

"I have been a patient of CarePoint Heath Medical for over 10 yrs. Both Glenda & Dr Velpari are great. They both are thorough and sincerely care about their patients. The entire office staff is amazing as well, especially Renata. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure that you get the help that you need...."

"No fair for Carmen the phlebotomy they don’t give her lunch and she work there 8 hour by law you have to give her lunch I will scale this for her is no fair I work for labor department"

"This office unfortunately doesn’t communicate well with their clients. After being infected with COVID, and I’m vaccinated… I came up with a persistent cough and minor breathing issues. First was a virtual meeting, then weeks later, I got a physical meeting at the office. I had to take a business trip and upon my return, I called to follow up with my x-rays for my chest. Called the receptionist and asked about them. She said they would call me back which they never did. I called a week later and another receptionist told me she had my script and to come in. Why didn’t they say that the week prior. X-rays come back negative… so I am not a doctor, so I say well what’s next? I was told I don’t know, maybe call a Pulmonologist. As if I knew the next step. Now today I call to fill a script that I called in 2 days ago. I call the pharmacy and they tell me to call my Doctors office. I call and they say I need an appointment. Ok so why didn’t you call me to tell me that when the pharmacy called. Ok so can I come in today? No all the doctors are off…. This place needs to get their stuff together."
