"Ebony, the front desk girl, canceled & rescheduled my appointment for the next day without informing me. When I got to my appointment today she laughed & said your appointment is tomorrow without even an apology & said I had called & told you that I’m rescheduling your appointment. There was no missed call, voicemail or text informing me of my appointment being cancelled & being rescheduled. Extremely unprofessional to lie & bother a patient. I wasted my afternoon driving there for no reason. I don’t know why RWJ hires such pathetic people who lie to patients & then laugh on their face!"
