We work hard too ensure satisfactory patient care, however unfortunately in todays challenging world it could sometimes be hard to please everyone which then leads to a bad written review that has no relevance to my practice or staff. "One of the receptionist is very hard to deal with, why? 1- wants to finish the call before you complete your talk! 2- attacks in her conversation! 3- not patient when talking with patient! 4- doesn’t take into consideration she is dealing with patient. 5- I wanted to meet the doctor to file a complaint against her, in the beginning she told me the doctor is not here and corrected: he is with patient?! Soon I will file an official complaint against the doctor Office. and because most of your work will be with the receptionist, so, Unfortunately, I don’t recommend to deal with this office although Doctor is good. Sad to say that."
