"Stay away from this place. You are hardly ever scheduled with the doctor. Most of your appointments will be scheduled with her nurse practitioner Elizabeth Adelakun. She was so rude hung up on me in the middle of my appointment because I got upset of having to constantly repeat things to her. The doctor is a joke too. I requested her to prescribe generic medication since my insurance wasn’t going to cover it, she insisted I go see a specialist. Finally prescribed me with something with no refills. The staff never answers the phone."

"Etheridge is a wonderful doctor but her staff is absolutely awful!! They’re completely uninformed and just plain rude. The “know it all” who was responding to phone calls today around 10-10:30am really shouldn’t work with the public and I’ll be filing a formal complaint since she’s gatekeeping important medication!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
