"I have been a patient at CJIMA for over ten years, and I have always experienced a professional, courteous and helpful staff. I have been under the care of Dr. Deepak K. Jain since I have been a patient at CJIMA. The care that he provides me is very reassuring. He is attentive, takes the time to listen to any concerns I have, and always follow-up as necessary. I am blessed and grateful to have Dr. Jain as my doctor."
"central jersey staff is excellent. DR Jain is attentive.I have been going to for years. Always attending to ailments and when they can not has the answer refers to appropriate referral"
"Staff friendly and welcoming as I am a new patient. Amy was thorough, she explained ear cleaning procedure and effects that may occur. In all, very satisfied and will look forward to more visits as needed. Bernice Monaco"
"I scheduled one of the few last physical appointments for 2023. I lucked out. Someone canceled and I was able to grab an opening. It was noted on my file I hadn't been in person at the office for a several years (4-5) but had seen someone via virtual within that period. This will become important later. I got to the office, filled my paper work, did the normal check-in, and the doctor asked if I had anything going on. I explained I had a few things. After mentioning the one thing, she concluded this wouldn't be a physical but an exam. She asked several more questions, did an exam related to the issue, and I was out the door. Approximate time with the doctor would be about 10-15 minutes. I'm unsure how I'm supposed to answer a doctor's question for a physical moving forward. Do I lie? Do I tell them I can't answer their questions, and I'm just here for a physical? What's the appropriate way to get a physical these days? Now I would have been okay with this pivot if I had a physical scheduled again within the calendar year, but no, they wanted me to come back in May 2024. I left the office upset and elected to come back to state I was very dissastified with the visit not being a physical. I told them very clearly to remove me as a patient. I was told at that time, because I hadn't been there in a while, that was the reason I wasn't given a physical. Which clearly left me baffled as I could have been told this at any point between the day I scheduled the appointment and today so I could reach out to another doctor. I will make it clear, the staff and the doctor are nice and professional. I just don't think there's enough thought about how their decisions impact the patient. Maybe because I'm not 75 and retired, which seems to be their primary clientele whenever I'm in. Either way, I'm sure they're a fine office if you like scheduling multiple appointments and visiting them regularly. One last thing to note: I have attempted to visit the doctor over the 4-5 years since my last annual physical visit. Any time I had an issue, I couldn't get an appointment for 4-6 weeks."
"Both my wife and I have been coming here for years. The office staff is always friendly and has always tried to accommodate us when we need something. Wait time is usually short to be called in, depending on if emergencies are ahead of us. Dr. Wang-Epstein is amazing, she is very thorough and has guided us along. The Quest lab in the office is a nice touch. Shout outs to Barb and Ruth at the front desk, they are top notch. (One thing to note, I think their scale is off in the office...but I let that slide)"
