"I came for a procedure and i was waiting for the doctor in the room for over an hour, come to find out no one knew i was even in the room. The nurses alone had zero hospitality which made me even more uncomfortable than I already was. Doctor was great, also pregnant which made the situation more comfortable and she guided me through everything. I don't understand how planned parenthood is no longer a safe place for women, why are there people working in an environment that are clearly so miserable it gets projected onto the patient who is most likely scared and alone. This should be considered a place where woman can feel comfortable during uncomfortable times (on a budget) and now we're left with no choice but to go somewhere else and spend 5x the amount of money to get proper service and hospitality from nurses/doctors with the same degrees. The front desk is even worse as far as customer service and hospitality, every time I call I have to hope they're in a good mood. Absurd."

"This place can be good or bad, depends of how well the nurses feels! Today I came for a walk-in std ( because I can’t make an appointment online is not allowed only walk-in ) I got here at 11am and the front desk was about to take me but the nurse said they are done for the whole day that I have to call at 8am to see if the can take me. I would def call if that information were on the website if that is the procedure to follow. Sometimes it’s good. But the 4 time I have been here 3 I have some treat like this"

"Unfortunately I’ve been coming here for 5 years because of the convenience of it being close to my home. Everytime I come, I hope that it’s better than the last time but it never is. Wait times are out of control, I’m in the waiting room for over 2 hours past my appointment time every single visit. The bathrooms are mortifying. Not only is the toilet seats full of stains and picked off paint, the plungers look like they have 2 years worth of dust built up on them and it is just awful. When you arrive, there are crazy people outside holding signs and screaming at you because they think you are getting an abortion. It’s a safety concern and scares me and all of the people who are seen here. Just not a good environment overall. After this visit I unfortunately have decided to pick a new place."

"I went for an abortion and they made me feel very comfortable, they gave me utmost care. They gave me tissues when i needed for break down and they explained the procedure step by step and allowed me to ask many questions with patience. I was scared so a volunteered had a deep heart to heart conversation about how my decision was right because it was for me and my happiness. I recommend anyone to this site, they're amazing.
