"Unfortunately this was my first time dealing with physical therapy. The office quoted me irresponsible at a price that I later found out from the billing office they should of never did. I over paid by $600 and to be honest was not worth it. I would recommend making sure you do not contact the office to schedule an appointment before talking to the insurance office as they do not communicate and left me with bills. The billing office apologized but said said all they could do is bill me for the amount and they would talk to the “receptionist”- again, awful secure and would never overpay by $600 for a service that never fixed my issue. I originally called the office and asked how much the amount would be and they quoted me and it did not matter in the end. I just want anyone who is going there to make sure to be aware of the exact cost or irrational staff they have to work with."
"I have been a client at the Hazlet location since 2017. I was first treated for a torn acl and have recently come back due to the removal of my bunions on both feet. Alex, Victoria and Lindsey are fantastic they are polite and truly care for their patients recovery. I know I am in the best of hands regardless of who I see. I came in with my toe being extremely stiff and had an hard time with day to day activities now I feel like a completely new person. My toe is less stiff and I am able to do my daily activities. I couldn’t be more happier with the treatment I’ve received and it’s only been a little over a month! Jane at the front is always so kind and well organized. Thank you for helping me on my road to recovery"

"My issue is with the billing of this office. I handed them a new insurance card a few weeks after service and asked for a follow up call on my cost out of pocket. They never called me, instead pushed all of the visits through at once and I ended up owing $177 per visit + what the insurance paid. Never would have continued to go at that price. Their billing department then calls me 2 months after my last visit telling me my account is going to collections. They never once posted the bill electronically or sent a copy in the the mail! It’s pretty hard to pay something when you aren’t aware there is a balance. When you call the main billing Melville office you also get a runaround and no return call. Would not recommend this place as I have plenty of other Doctors’ offices who call the insurance in advance and tell me my out of pocket cost upfront. Zero transparency here, poor billing processes in place and unnecessary surprises."
