"Zero stars if I could. Very rude and unprofessional from the staff to the doctors. Expect to be waiting days to get in contact with the doctor to try and get your meds and/or hours to see them once you’re there for an appointment. Not to mention the effort it takes to try and speak to someone to make any sort of complaint which in return you are met with “if you aren’t satisfied you can switch doctors”. Sadly not everyone has that option and it’s overall just a horrible experience to put someone through."

"Office staff is pleasant. Office system is not the best functioning. Not the worst, but it needs fine tuning in the respect of they want you to update your information but the ball is dropped somewhere because I have to continually ask for the contract number to be changed. For data so small to be corrected it's a BIG HASSLE!"

"I have been going here now about 7yrs now.. this week I had a really bad dental pain. when I call on Monday they said they would be able to get me the following Monday.. two days later still in pain I call bac and ask was there any way to be seen b4 next week.. well Robert G, came 2 the rescue an found me something for tomorrow...thank u Robert G for doin ur job but most of all for being you an helping me....great beautiful staff they do they're job..."

"The staff are friendly however I have been trying to get into see the dentist. But you have to call leave a message for the main office, they then will relay your message to the dental team and they will get back to you! When? Who knows!? I missed their call twice last week since I was at work, and even if you call right back you are just calling the main office again and going in circles. then when I finally talked to them, their is no doubt in my mind that I scheduled an appointment to see the dentist at 1240, I then received a text saying your appointment is at 1040 which I wouldn’t have made since I was working so i missed my appointment and who is at fault now? I just don’t understand how come their isn’t a direct number to the dentist office and staff. I think it really needs to be rectified."
