"I am not a patient here but the customer service here is amazing. Michelle was very helpful I tried to make an appointment at the Brooklyn NY location because it is close to my house. However they are very rude there the receptionist there does not know how to talk to people. She said they don’t take new patients and sounded very annoyed.If people are going to be working in a facility for mental health clients they should not be treated like this. Thank you Jersey medical care for trying to be nice and making me feel welcome."

"I went there for 1.5 years & saw FOUR different nurse practitioners. The last one was ok at first but later became stern and condescendibg toward me as my home atmosphere worsened & I really needed support. Seem they can't hold onto their staff. Even a long time secretary left the practice. They really hurt me badly however when I was recently hospitalized for suilidal ideation then THEY IMMEDIATELY CUT ME OFF MY MEDS DUE TO ERRONEOUS INFORMATION THAT WAS IN MY CHART without even calling me first. I was appalled. Dr Vorobyev isnt there anymore thats too bad bc he seemed great. I got a new dr now & have no problems like this. Please GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT."

"Dr. Vorobyev is an innovative, kind, brilliant, compassionate doctor. He actually spends time with his patients, so yeah .... you're probably going to have to sit in the waiting room longer than planned. Just deal with it. Dr. V. will put you on the best medication/s for YOU, not the ones that the drug reps want him to sell to you. I've been seeing him for about 4 years and he actually seems to care about his patients. Unlike some other doctors I've met, he doesn't feel intimidated by people who have some knowledge of how the body and brain work. He doesn't shut me down when I make inquiries about new or unknown treatments. Most docs are just too arrogant to acknowledge that the patient might have some interesting or useful ideas. As for Dr. V's staff, they are friendly, patient, kind, and always accomodating. They seem to genuinely like Dr. V. (To me, that says a lot about the doctor's character.) Holly in billing has been a saint for dealing with my insurance. The staff is very professional without being cold and robotic. I absolutely recommend Dr. Vorobyev and his staff to anyone who needs psychiatric care."

"Dr. Vorobyev is an excellent, knowledgeable pyshiatrist (that sounds like the beginning of an infomercial, but I assure you I am being genuine here). I see him for attention deficit disorder which used to plague my classroom attention span. He is always very helpful, and quick to recognize, diagnose, and explore options for any issues I might be having. He has an easy going manner, and is also an accomplished hypnotist. I know, because I was discussing hypnotism with him once, and he started telling me a story about a staircase, with fog and mist all around, and all of a sudden I was very tired indeed. But I had stuff to do that day, and had him stop. Anyway, great doctor, excellent work ethic (during the days he is in his Old Bridge, NJ office he is there from 9:30AM to 7PM), and altogether an excellent doctor."
