"Booked online, but they didn't have the appointment in their record. Open to 7:30, but don't see patients after 7:00 (why not just say your closed at 7:00?) The Highlands Minute Clinic is permanently closed, but online the option says to "call back later" and actually let's you make an appointment."
"I took both my kids for strep tests and had a very pleasant experience. Nurse Meranda was so kind with the kids and made the visit enjoyable for them. Paula G, the NP, was so kind as well and very informative. We had early afternoon appointments and were seen right away."
"I have never been taken so fast at a clinic than this one!!!! My appointment was at 10:20 am and I came a little early to check in. One of the nurses took me in and I got a tb shot done. By the time I checked the time it was 10:25 and I was ready to go! The clinic also looked very clean and the services are priced fairly."

"Convenient, but expect to wait about an hour, or more, even though the computer screen says wait time is alot less. Also, u can hear talking in the room, so privacy isn't too great. And seems like the doctor/nurse/technician is just likes to have casual conversation with everyone, while other sick people wait outside. Smh."
