"Customer service is non existent. Staff are never happy to help you. All their merchandise is poor quality. Service like this is why folks shop online. I once heard the manager addressing a complaint and the manner that he responded to his customer was downright wrong and I was embarrassed for him. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere."

"Bought a pool 7 years ago. Pool wall started to rust I contacted at home rec they had me fill out a bunch of paper work with pictures of the pool. Found out the company they got their supplies from went out of business and they would honor the repair( that was a lie) after calling 3-4 times calli g at home rec I never received any return calls. I will never recommend at home pools any more. The material they use is cheap and doesn't last .at home is lucky I'm not contacting the better business."
