"If I could give zero stars I would. This office has no interest in providing any value to their patients. Just a money grab. They will argue with you, misguide you, then blame you. And never return calls."
"Not sure why they book appointments. Waiting an hour to see the doctor seems to be a regular occurrence. I have too much going on to be sitting in a waiting room wasting my time. They have to do better."
"Easily the most disorganized and dysfunctional medial practice I've ever dealt with. They repeatedly needed to reschedule appointments (once without even asking me if I was available for the rescheduled time), you can never get people on the phone and rarely get messages returned, the first bill I received from them said I was already 30 days overdue, they sprung a whole list of pre-op stuff on me at the last minute and I was unable to secure the appointments in time so had to cancel the procedure (which I had scheduled months in advance). Which is fine because by that point their incompetence in practically every other interaction had me doubting whether I trusted them to perform the surgery anyway. If I could give zero stars, I would."
"Their doctor Diagnosed me with dry eye for the severe light sensitivity and pressure I had. I was following up with them after visiting the ER. They gave me eye drops for dry eye. I called the doctors office again unable to open my eyes due to the pain from any light and the front desk told me I need to give time for the drops to work. I called another eye doctor and they fit me in. They did a full exam and confirmed I had uveitis in which the inflammation in my right eye was way worse. They put me on a steroid and my eyes have been much better ever since. It should be noted I told them the exact same symptoms to this doctor to the other doctor. It’s unfortunate they did not do a Thorough exam on me. I have several episodes of this eye pain due to light which could have been shortened if they only took the time to really look at my eyes."
"I wish i could rate them less than one star. We are so extremely sorry we ever came to this practice. The staff and physical surroundings are pleasant, but my husband views the vision in the eye Dr Aisha Hasan performed cataract surgery on as worse than before the surgery. The surgery center she uses Union Surgery Center- Prism Surgery Center was physically pleasant BUT inept in every way that mattered. They provided an inaccurate arrival time, and billed inaccurately when we arrived. We selected laser surgery. The laser did not work, so conventional surgery was performed. When I asked about this, I was told by 2 separate nurses at separate times that laser surgery was indeed performed. We booked a car service the center recommended. This service left my agitated 86-year husband waiting 45 minutes. What was supposed to be a pain free procedure was painful anf took a very long time. When I called, I was quickly refunded the over payment due to the change in services. The Eyecare and Surgery center said it was policy not to make any refunds until insurance was submitted. repeated reminders that i was only asking for refunds for un performed services went unheeded. A refund took 3-weeks. Each time I tried to speak to the practice manager no one would respond. The practice is owned by a mamouth medical organization- no one was ever reachable. Bad news"
