"Really great experience overall. I found myself with a very bad ear infection on Xmas eve- just my luck. I was able to make an appointment and was seen. Very thorough, ruled out covid or flu. Given an ear drop and oral antibiotics (and I’m not an easy case bc I’m allergic to many). I felt much, much better within 3 days. Pain was finally gone after nearly a week of agony. It would have ruined my holiday if I had not come here. I most likely would have landed in the ER. The front desk seemed to be having some tech problems but par for the course anywhere these days, and they were doing a good job bc you can imagine how packed it was the day before a huge holiday. I would return, and highly recommend this place. Thank you!"

"Really great service. Not only were they quick and efficient but every staff member was so pleasant. The Dr. Marquez was great, even being so busy the day after a holiday sat down and spent time with me and really made me feel like he cared how I feel. The medical assistants are great as well. So happy with my experience here, although I hope not to need to come back any time soon, I would be happy to be here given the great care. Thank you all so much."

"When someone goes to Urgent Care, it's usually because your Dr can't see you. I had $10 on me and don't get my SS check til Jan. 3. I asked to be billed and was told I had to pay up front or I wouldn't be seen. I had to call my friend and borrow her credit card! I feel it's unfair to people who don't have cash or credit cards (my case) to be turned away because you have a policy that you don't bill! You ought to consider changing your policy...I'm talking about a co pay in my case. The staff, and doctor were great. Office clean and organized. Policy needs to be reviewed."

"I believe this may be my second review but I just have to share how wonderful everyone at this location is! I prefer coming here over our pediatrician because of how kind, patient and thorough our experiences have been. The office is incredibly clean and fast moving, with three small kids this is very much appreciated! We were greeted at the front desk with a kind smile and lots of help to get us into a room quickly. She had stickers and interacted with us while we waited which the kids loved. Our nurse was so wonderful, she was so patient with my daughter who is on the spectrum and explained things to her with such a kind demeanor. Or provider was, as always, so helpful and thorough. She listened to my concerns, addressed them and made helpful recommendations. I so appreciate her validation and kindness throughout the visit. We’ve been here quite a few times since it opened and have always had great experiences, couldn’t recommend them enough!"
