"Been with dr Mattoo since 2012 or so . She’s the best pediatric around. Wait times at the office can be a little crazy but she is worth it. We have private insurance so I can take my son to another nice clinic with no wait times in another town but I chose not too because no one else compares. She really does have her tiny patient best interest at heart ! We love her"

"I've been seeing Mattoo for years and she is a great doctor but I am forced to find another provider. The wait times are dreadful. They make me not even want to bring my kids in. I checked in at 12pm today, it's 230pm and I'm still here. They overbook this place and it's inconsiderate to all the patients. Other than that some of the new front desk ladies they hire have bad attitude."

"Dr. Mattoo herself is a great person. My son has ASD and she’s mostly good with him. Her front desk staff, a little unprofessional. one lady in particular. She was rude, and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Lobby gets crowded quickly and sometimes the wait can be long. over all I like Dr. Mattoo, and most of the staff they are nice ppl. I will probably switch my son to someone who has more experience and understanding with special needs children. Sometimes because of my sons disability I feel a little awkward when dealing with the staff at times. They are nice but don’t fully get my son and his disability. I think my son needs a pediatrician who specializes in children with ASD. Front desk staff needs some work and better attitudes."
