"I would give it zero stars other than the fact that Emily the PT was very good. Other than that I felt that I was completely scammed with the supposed “copay” they quoted me. I was told I would have a $90 copay which I was ok with. After my 4th visit I saw that I had a $172 balance due. It seems that the copay is a random number thrown out. After all was said I wound up spending $460 for 4 visits. I was never told that their self pay rate is $75 which is significantly less that what I was charged. The lack of communication is horrendous and unprofessional"

"Emily, the physical therapist, was wonderful. Kind, thoughtful, empathetic, just great. However, I'm leaving a one star review because I made it explicitly clear to the administrator, Amy, that how much the sessions cost was crucial for me - if I couldn't afford it, I couldn't afford it. I was told CONFIDENTLY that they spoke with my insurance the it would only be $18 a session. I was thrilled! And made another appointment. Lo and behold, I received a bill for THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS shortly after that. I called to ask about this, they told me they would speak with my insurance and get back to me. They never called me back and then I had to call again to ask what had happened. They finally got back to me and said they "thought my deductible was waived but turns it out wasn't" - so basically, because of an adminstrative error on their part, I now have to pay a $300+ bill. Definitely, definitely, wont be going back - trust broken."

"I successfully graduated from 3+ months of rehab with Dr. Emily. each session 2x wks was progress adter 6 months of sciatic pain with multiple solutions. Finally epidural injection followed by Ivy Rehab was the perfect plan. Dr. Emily knows her stuff , extremely enthusiastic with each patient and as a patient I was able to feel and track my progress. Everyone should take their script to Dr. E at Ivy Rehab. I have pep in step and my life back."
