"Just a grown ups toy store! Makes you wish you had a reason to have half the stuff in there. Was hoping to locate a jacket here, but the apparel selection was pretty sparse."

"Jetski wouldn’t start up so I brought it in. They ran their tests and couldn’t find anything but didn’t tell me this and charged me $300 to replace the keys. When I got home I realized they ripped my brand new seat cover corners not being careful. Taped them up and brought it out once after then drove it over 4 hours for it to do the same issue. Brought it back (this is when they admitted to me they found nothing the first time) and then didn’t put me first in line for a comeback. Every time I called they said I was next but that took over two weeks. While they ordered me a new seat cover they put it on terribly loose and it looked awful. I even told them not to put it on I’ll just take the cover and go somewhere else but they insisted and managed to make it worse. Lastly, they ripped up the back mats from it being backed up into a bush where there are other skis. Awful service, awful job, and it’s even worse. Wasted my time, money, and summer with my ski that I just bought for myself as a grad/job gift. Worked hard for it they should feel bad and honestly should be giving me a ski, and that would be the only reason I step foot their again."

"All i can say is the service department is top notch. Matt did me a HUGE favor by balancing my Harley wheel last minute on a Saturday. If thats not worth a good review, idk what is. Thanks again Matt!"

"I can't speak for the sales but I did recently have new tires installed on my bike by their service department, I got my endorsement and the bike pretty recently so I also asked if they can do a safety inspection to see if there was anything else that needed work. Matt the service manager didn't give me any fuzz for bringing my own tires and he also took these cool pictures of my ninja 250 lifted up at my request which I'm very grateful for. Its my first bike so I definitely wanted something to remember the moment. Other then that the tech doing the inspection found nothing wrong with it and only recommended that I get an oil change sometime after 100 miles. With everything said and done I have to say I had a pretty great experience"
