"They take your drivers license and insurance cards and tell you to leave and wait in your car. Why can’t they just take the copy of your cards immediately and hand them back to you? The process is messy and ridiculous. Everyone was coming back in and asking for their cards back. Waited for almost two hours until I was called to come back in, while all the time I was in my car not knowing if they forgot about me. I had a reserved appointment and still waited for almost two hours. Won’t ever go back again. There are other care stations or urgent cares locally that have a better process. No one is asking for impeccable service but this is substandard."

"Front desk was very rude and never called me to enter for a much needed covid test. After an hour wait I left because I was never called when told to wait in my car. Even after I left hours later I never received a call at all. Given the situation to leave me to wait like that is shameful. I head warnings to those going there. Do yourself a favor Go somewhere else."

"If you are in need of urgent care and are close by, I would recommend this location. There was a very short wait, lots of parking, the waiting room was played out nice and clean, and the receptionist was very professional. You will be in and out in no time, getting your prescription, and on your way home to rest quickly."

"Extremely rude office staff. Turned a patient away because it was 6:02 and they're "closed" despite their website posting that they close at 7:00. We then watched him post a note on the door saying they close and 6:00 and to come back tomorrow. The same man was complaining about us to a coworker right in front of us. Wouldn't go back."

"It's 5:15 PM. The hours posted on their website, on the door of the building and everywhere else say they are open until 7 PM on Saturdays. Guess what? They are currently closed. Lights off, door locked, calls go to their answering service because they are closed. I just rushed to the hospital emergency room instead with my wife because she cut herself badly and needed stitches. We got here at least 20 minutes later than had we just driven here directly, because we went to the Medical Care Pavilion at Woodbridge first. But they're closed, despite advertising they are open. So we had to get back in the car and rush to the hospital instead, and she is now getting medical attention much later than she would have been if either a) the urgent care center wasn't actually closed when they said they were open, or b) the advertised hours were actually correct, so we could have gone directly to the ER instead of wasting our time there. I'm sorry, but if you are in the business of helping people in time-sensitive emergencies, it's criminally irresponsible and negligent to not actually be open when you say you are. Just completely, dangerously unacceptable. This isn't a restaurant. These are peoples' lives and health you are being trusted with, and you should be ashamed for treating them (and us) so carelessly. If you're reading this review and still decide to go there, please call first to make sure they're actually open. They can't be bothered to care enough about you to actually be there when they say they are."
