"One of the worst company I ever deal with. I ordered and want to return. There is no return department. They will pickup phone and get your information and suggest someone will call you. NO ONE WILL CALL YOU. I called 5 times in 3 days and no contact. I got one email with name "DAVID" and asking me how can I help you? with same sales phone number. As soon as I call back in anticipation to talk to DAVID, wrong again sales phone number and no one knows who is DAVID. it is viscous cycle.Every time person who pickup phone will tell you that they will escalate my request. Nothing happens. I had to call my bank and open dispute for this charges. Sick company. Do not ever buy from this company. This is just low price trap. This was my first and last order with this company. I am sure this kind of low level company will charge you return as well as stocking fee. I never found any Dental sales company as bad as this in my 20 years dental carrier. Please do not burn and stay away from DDS Dental Supply company. Thanks,"
