"The receptionists here are inconsistent and rude. One makes an appointment, and the other overrides her and calls to cancel. For over a month, I have tried to get an appointment with them. They require a referral that my insurance does not. They will not see me if my doctor does not fill out an online form in their system. My doctor's office has been unable to meet this requirement and now I'm paying the price. Unreasonably, they continue to demand this impossible requirement for me to produce. They commit to an appointment, then cancel. Very bad practice, very low standards. Incredibly bad reflection on what a mental health service provider should be."
