"This store had really gone downhill. I paid $2 each ballon to have them blown up 14 balloons in total. They are deflated and on the floor. Called the store and they did not take any responsibility or any solution. I will never return to this store. I am so upset that I used this store for my party decorations."
"I purchased a happy birthday lawn sign with stakes for my son’s birthday. There was a small hole in the plastic package that I didn’t pay attention to. On the day of birthday, I opened the package and discovered that several stakes were missing so I was not able to use the letters. I was very disappointed not to be able to use it and to make a surprise for my son. I put everything in the same plastic package and went back to the store. They refused to take it back and implied that I was trying to return a used item. They also said the stakes were “dirty” even though they never left my kitchen table. Yes, the package was ripped to be opened, how else can I open it? There was a hole in it in the first place. They told me they wouldn’t sell it to me if there was a hole. Well, you did sell it and it was defective. Stay away, the customer service is non existent when there is a problem. I believe it was not fair and it had to come out of my pocket."
