"Called the doctors office four times to refill medication and prescription was still never filled. When you call for refills they want you to book an office appointment or they won’t fill the prescription. Doctors are looking to do test and send you to other specialists for more office visits. Very suspicious of their business practice as it seems they are looking for revenue.. In the process of looking for new doctor. Would not go near Atlantic Health Group Martinsville….."

"Took my 55 year old husband in for what we thought was sunburn, but I suspected something else going on since he had been experiencing headaches for a week prior which I told the PA who treated him. PA completely dismissed my concerns and diagnosed him with sunburn. As we were leaving the office my husband almost fainted from the pain as we were standing right in front of the front desk.The desk personnel were oblivious to our emergency and it took me a lot of effort to get their attention. Again I asked if something else was going on. I asked them to get the PA back to check on my husband and they were nonchalant. Gave my husband a Dixie cup of water . Finally an office manager came out (still no medical personnel) and offered to call the rescue squad. We left and went to another doctor the next day at RWJ who CoIRREcTLY diagnosed my husband with a severe case of Shingles!!! He did not have sunburn and I even figured that out after a two minute Google search. Had he gone longer undiagnosed his vision could have been impaired (it was in his eye too). Btw after we got the correct diagnosis, my husband emailed the PA At Atlantic and asked if maybe he had Shingles and got a response “not likely “. One day after seeing another practice, my husband is on the correct medication for Shingles and doing well. Needless to say we are leaving this practice. Do not recommend!"
