"I like the online accessibilities, find my personal info. quickly. keep up the good work. I wish it provides doctor's credential, online booking, and refill requests in the foreseeable future that would be awesome."
"I would give -100 if I could. 04/12/2022 around 2pm having a severe tooth infection, experiencing incredibly strong and sharp pain I was told in a very rude way by two workers (man at the table by the entrance, then woman receptionist on the right) to just leave and go “somewhere else” as they are packed. Luckily I found help “somewhere else” that day, but it’s a shame that such workers exist and have opportunity to humiliate and mock people who are in incredible pain."
"It is a busy pediatric office ,both the front desk and the nurses work really hard yet friendly and kind the facility is open on both Saturdays and Sundays . Also even though it is busy the wait time is ok things moving fast. The doctors are professional and have great bedside manner, forms filled during visit."
"We have been going here since my child was 6 months and she is three now. I know this may not be the best place compared to some private clinics but we kept going despite we have health insurance. It’s easy to make an appointment and they accept walk in if you are willing to wait. The walk in kids are seen based on their emergency level. We love our pediatrician so much that we are willing to wait even when we have appointments. She is very patient with kids and she answers all the questions you have. Being a frequent patient because of her asthma, my child loves the nurse team as well."
"I've never had an issue with wait times and sometimes when I'm late they still try to accommodate me by squeezing me in. I feel like the staff are real people with their on and off days. This is the only organization I know of willing to work with your current economic situation, what other place allows you to bring in your taxes and adjusts your payments and fees accordingly? My mom came in for a breast mammogram and physical, was only charged $20-$30 for the physical and was given the breast mammogram for free. They also have a GREAT adolescent/teen programs for after school and summer. Regarding to Olivia O.'s judgmental weight incident, I'm Chinese and roughly 150lbs, according to the Asian/Chinese Chart for weight norms, I'm "morbidly obese", I honestly think it's a cultural thing that older Chinese woman are so BLAH about weight gain and easily pester other's about it even if it isn't their place. Don't take it so negatively because she might have actually been worried about you but wasn't able to present it with enough tact. Tips: - Make an appointment rather than walking in. - If you have an emergency, call in at 9AM the day of to get an emergency appointment , they are ONLY available the day of. - Use their online site to order repeat prescriptions. - They normally book you 15 minutes BEFORE the actual appointment time, for example your appointment is at 12:15PM, they most likely have you for 12:30PM but wanted to give you enough time to fill out any forms you may need or a chance to get there on time. If you happen to be even MORE late, call ahead and let them know, then just show up anyway to see what they say, I've been late before by half an hour and the receptionist was kind enough to check with the doctor if she had time and squeezed me in."
