"I was a first-time customer sometime back. Today makes me a repeat customer. Maybe it's my attitude, but I tend to have great experiences and when I do I like to share. I read the other extreme 1-star reviews, to me you need to be a pretty sh*6^ business to get a 1-star review. I just don't see in the 1-star reviews how the justification to post a 1-star. I digress. The owner of GSA goes by the name of G, I don’t think Gee, just G. Today I went into the store after calling ahead to find out if they were busy. Advisable if you require hand holding like I do. Advise, be polite and call ahead if you require one on one. This is a specialty purchase; it requires time when making a purchase of this nature. Now if you know what you want and know what you like, just go make your purchase and do so knowing you are supporting local business. However, if you’re like me and want to feel how each system feels in your hand, looking at a new manufacturer, wanting to consider your next purchase do it here and know you will be patiently and professionally *managed* to help make your decision. You want knowledge and experience when you are making this type of purchase. That is exactly what you will get at GSA. Call ahead, tell them why you are coming in, what assistance you need and that is what you will get when you arrive. Today I worked with Jake. Again, like the owner did with my initial purchase at GSA, Jake spent quality time with me, real quality time. Several options were presented, the pros and cons of each option and what should be considered with this type of purchase. We discussed and what I should look for in my addons, the brands I should consider, how much I should spend on x add on, etc. Jake went as far as what I should work on at home when at home with this new system. The level of knowledge and experience I have found at GSA is why I will not shop online. Additionally, I need to keep the money in my community. If your feelings get hurt easily, these are not salespeople, they are skilled and knowledgeable professionals, not emotional hand holders. G’s team are local, they are your neighbors, and they are a solid local business that has only demonstrated a willingness to share their knowledge with their community. Advise, call ahead to any local store that you require one on one time with."

Stefanie even took the time out of her day, when i wasn't in the store, to go on 2 websites and design me 2 custom holsters with all the attachments she thought was necessary, and email me the links to purchase.
