"Dr. Saghar Karim, made me feel comfortable and explained the medical concept in a way that was easy to understand."
"Been going here for a while now, I used to see Dr. Haqqie but she left and NO ONE informed she has left and she was the only PCP there who was in my opinion, a good doctor and actually available to see patients. I tried to see another PCP at this office, and they are never available. They never have openings so its really impossible to see a doctor for any urgent matter or anything that you would like to see a doctor within a reasonable amount of time. I have an infection on my knee from a bad fall and just wanted to see doctor because it won't heal/stays infected and I was told to go to the hospital? What kind of advice is that? Why would I go to the hospital for something so minor? They told me to go to the hospital because the next opening for an appointment was over a month from now. It just seems a bit ridiculous to have an office full of several PCP doctors and not one ever has reasonable availability."
"I have been a patient for over 5 years but since the pandemic, the services have declined tremendously. I don't know what happened but my PCP, Dr. DUBEY is never in the office. She's nice enough to answer messages but I am appalled by the fact that there are NO appointments for a sick visit. I called in November, December and February and they were booking 2 weeks for virtual and 2 months for in person. She also doesn't even have appointments for physicals!! The staff told me to go to urgent care or the ER on all times. I worked in the medical field for 5 years and providers always had appointments reserved for sick visits. What's the point of having a PCP, if they can't see a patient when they're sick! Then when I request a referral to see a specialist referred by the urgent care, they tell me I have to schedule a follow-up appointment but ironically they're scheduling further out than the specialist!! So they basically only see patients once another doctor has done their job and the patient is better. They should not be taking any new patients, they certainly don't take care of established patients. I'm definitely switching PCP!!"
"WORST OFFICE!!!!! Changed my PCP last night to a doctor in this facility who accepts new patients, I call to make an appointment and I get turned down because both doctors are going on maternity leave instead of having a colleague seek to new patient establishments. Now I have to wait to change my doctor because I just changed my PCP, they should state they aren’t accepting new patients before people end up frantic trying to change their PCP again."
"How can a medical clinic not take sick patients??? How are families, moms supposed to get better or tested, checked if a MEDICAL clinic won't take patients who are sick? Is this s joke? So you don't take sick patients, are you taking manicure appointments..... seriously....Administrators should be bringing to Institution leaders alternative solutions for patients and advocating for them. This is not a time to have " free" time off, this is not a time to get televisit... a doctor cannot diagnose if I have Influenza, ou strep or covid just based on what I tell them. My husband was tested positive and had no symptoms..... Emergency care centers are packed taking up to 5 hours to get seen, I waited online that much to have my under 10 year old sons tested.... Our PC clinic should be able to see people who are patients there. This is the USA first world country.... What is going on here???"
