"Very expensive. I got charged over $600 for both Covid tests due to work expose. Thank god my insurance cover $400 of it. Literally saw no provider, just an MA. They also charged a $50 'depression screen' fee when no questions about this were asked. Spend a month trying to reach billing to contest this & basically they gave me the finger. Will never go again."
"Waited over a hour to be seen for my appointment even though I had arrived early and other people who arrived after me were seen before me. Staff were slow, uninviting and unprofessional. When I arrived the lady at the front desk didn't even acknowledge my arrival, I understand it is a busy time but a simple "hi there, I'll be with you as soon as I can" goes along away. My 'provider' a male who I'm not sure was actually a doctor had a manner that was unwelcoming and did not make me feel as though he had any idea what he was doing. I was given a covid test and told it was positive and told that my symptoms were from the covid virus. My symptoms were strep throat/ tonsilitis which I had told three staff members I have had frequently in the past so I am aware of what strep throat looks and feels like for me and if my provider had taken more then five seconds to look into my thoath properly and seen the awful swelling and infection that was there he would have diagnosed me properly and I would not have had to fight for a antibiotic. His manner was uncaring and that of someone who could not care less about the pain and stress their patient was in. He passed off my serious strep throat as just the covid virus and told me 'oh well when the virus passes your throat will probably get better you know'. He was aware that I could just about swallow and I was finding it hard to talk because the pain and swelling was so bad. He misdiagnosis me and was reluctant to actually give me a antibiotic to treat my strep throat. I was offered a rapid strep test for my throat but any medical professional would have been able to see and diagnosis it without any testing. Billing- I had no issues paying the $150 upfront for the appointment my issue came during and after my appointment. I was told I had to do various tests and never told the cost for them, I declined them but did accept the covid test which I was told was positive. On returning home from my appointment I did covid test at home which came back negative, no surprise as I have zero faith in the service that I was given by the clinic, but I was still charged $50 for a covid test even tho I had been told any test that I took if they came back negative I would not be charged for them. Was this just a extra scam to get more money from me ? Coming from the medical field myself I can sympathize with this time of year being busy and difficult but the level of unprofessionalism was stifling and quite frankly scary, I at least had a voice to stand up and advocate for myself and not allow a misdiagnosis but I feel for those who have a trust in your practice and who are none the wiser when they do not receive the correct care"
"Pro-tip: don't schedule an appointment for 9am, the staff won't arrive until 9:30am. Other than the lateness and somewhat oddly specific questions from the virtual medical scribe, I have no major complaints about this place. The PA took care of me quickly and I was out of the door promptly. Just don't expect anyone to be there at 9am nor for the doors to be open at that time or you will be waiting outside in the cold."
"Every time I go the reception have attitudes. Asked for a medicine change. Told me they would get back to me and they never did. Asked for a time to set up an appointment for me. They called me on the wrong date and time to tell me I missed their appointment. The receptionist written it down and yet they called me wrong time."
"Hello my is Joel and I went to NAO MEDICAL to do a drug test for a city agency. The level of professionalism and cleanliness of the facility was impressive. I only wish that there were closer to my home. However, great service."
