"so we called at 9 am.. Left on hold listening to announcements for 30 minutes. Finally, we decided to leave our name n number for return call to book 2 massage's. It's now 3 o'clock in the afternoon and we still haven't gotten a call back. That's some pretty good business model they got!... We didn't want to book it online because we had a couple questions. wow.. unreal. pretty impersonal & unprofessional. there's certainly other places to go around here"

"Ernesto is great I started getting prenatal massages with him about over 9 years ago when I was pregnant with my first son and continued using him as my massage therapist after my pregnancy. He is great just tell him what kind of pressure you would like and he adjusts to your likes. I would definitely continue using him and would suggest others to try him out."

"Absolutely disgusting! I came in to buy a gift certificate on Saturday 11/04/23 at around 1 pm The lady at the front desk was on the phone on a personal call. She saw me come in, didn't greet me, didn't care , she continued to talk about the repairs needed for her tires and bike and all those things. So unprofessional. Then i interrupted her because I wanted gonna stay there and hear her whole life,I asked about the gift certificate, and she said they only do 1hr massage. What if my friend wanted a facial? Or something else? There's no welcoming there or any attention to customers at all. I walked around and waited again to see if she'd stop and she continued on the phone. A lady who does massages came out from one room And asked her should she take the phone call so the woman could help me and she said, no I need to stay on the phone. nobody helped me, so I left. I could only imagine having my poor friend come over to an experience like this. I better not send her there."
