"Waste of my time. Don't go here unless you want to wait an hour in a tiny room with no windows. Nothing "urgent" about this terrible place. And I was the only one in the waiting room how the he can they handle it if they actually have patients there? They better not charge my insurance because I was never seen"
"No wait time, lovely front desk staff and quick & efficient doc visit. All staff were kind and helpful. Front receptionist offered me a bottle of water to help with my cough. Nurse who took my vitals was quick and gentle. The doc was clear and thorough. Quickest time spent in and out of an urgent care! My only piece of feedback is that I had to give my symptoms too many times. I put them in online registration, I shared over the phone when I called, was asked by the front desk when I arrived, was asked again by the nurse and asked again by the doctor. When someone doesn’t feel well it can feel annoying to repeat themselves. I would have liked to hear the doctor confirm what was already shared 4 times and ask me if I had anything to add instead."
"I was the only person in the waiting room and still somehow waited 32 minutes to be walked to a room to have my vitals taken. That alone would make me think twice about using this walk in again if I saw more people in the waiting room. Besides that, staff were friendly and attentive. Doctor was knowledgeable, good bedside mannner."
