"While it is a little hard to find the office inside, the staff was incredible. Especially when you are about to have surgery, your nerves are all frayed, they were just so sweet and kind. I wish i knew my anesthesiologist's name, but she was amazing! She knew i was nervous and silently freaking out, she gave me some meds, and put all my nerves to rest. I had alot of concerns because of my medication and i was nervous about waking up. She was a complete professional and great bedside manner. Dr. Cusamano did a great job on my surgery and i highly recommend him."

"These people are thieves. They represented to me that my insurance would cover the procedure, minus the co-pay that I paid the day of. A month or so after the procedure, I received a bill for over $1200.00. They called, harassed, mailed me bills. FRAUD! STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED AFTER THE FACT."
