Based on this action, coupled with a highly satisfactory purchase experience the first time, I have upgraded my review to 4 Star. [What a disappointment... A month ago I ordered a Missouri Tigers gaiter scarf and have been totally satisfied; I wear it every day. But I figured it would be a good idea to have a second scarf and ordered one with the KC Chiefs logo. Well, the logo is about half the size of the one advertised at foco.com. After two email to Customer Care, I did get a response: "Sorry." Guess that's it. For sure that's it for me ever ordering another item from foco.com.]"
