"This doctor's office is endangering their patients and neglecting their patients. I went to the doctor. I have a lot of chest pain. The lady at the front desk did not put me in the system. She sent me to the back knowing I was very sick. Then they acted like I wasn't there. Then they never put me in the system. It took them 2 hours to see me. Then doctor there was nothing wrong with me. I'm telling her I'm having a lot of chest pain. Then she said she would give me anti biotics and she sent them to the pharmacy. I want to the my pharmacy right after I went to the doctors. There was no medication there. I waited at my pharmacy for an hour. The doctor never sent the medication to my pharmacy. They withholding treatment. They should all face the medical board and should be charged with Attempted medical homicide treatment. I had to go to the hospital because the nurses and the doctors at this doctor office failed to do their jobs. My bronchitis was acting up. And I have an unconvenient hospital bill. The doctor's office should have done their job instead of trying to kill me."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I would not recommend this place. I waited an hour and a half for the OBGYN doctor to give me a 2 second check up. As I just have just given birth the hospital schedule for me to have a 6 week after birth check up here. When you do the urine test you and other patients urine cups are just sitting in a cup in the bathroom unsealed. There is meter parking and not very clean. One of the nurses were nice and got me to see the OBGYN doctor faster but I will have to schedule another appointment somewhere else so they can confirm all is well for me."

"I am a new patient and it’s always been a 3 hr wait for the last two visits. I am here today and because of the last experience, when I was told to undress I specifically asked them not to make me undress if I was not ready to be seen. They left me naked for 35 min then said that the system was down & they weren’t able to do anything now. Worst patient experience I’ve ever had. I’ve gone to ghetto clinics in the Bronx that treat there patients better than this clinic."

"This is the worst doctors office that I have ever been to in my entire life. It takes a lot to get me to write a bad review, but this experience was almost beyond belief. The receptionist was completely inept—relying on the other receptionist to help her with her job. This other receptionist, Cynthia, was extremely rude—she laughed in my face as I was asking her for an update on when I would be seen for my appointment, which I made at 9 am and still hadn’t been seen by 10 am and I have to work later in the day. They don’t ever answer the phone—all calls go to their call center and they say this nonchalantly as if it’s not a major inconvenience. To make matters even worse the two receptionists proceeded to talk behind my back about me and the situation in Spanish—not knowing I spoke Spanish and could understand everything they were saying. Don’t waste your time. These people are horrible at their jobs and should not be working with people in healthcare."
