"Most negative reviews seem to be about the typical medical business in the US. This location and the doctor's are great. I come here because they do more in-house tests and procedures than most. They actually invested in equipment, so you don't have to go to multiple places. If you need a test, they do it right there! I've been going there for 15 years and will always recommend them."

"I walked into the office, the guy behind the counter was arguing with the coworkers like “answering the phone is not my job” then proceeded to deal with me with visible discomfort. Sorry I bothered you with my medical problems. I had earwax buildup and I couldn’t hear, so I figured just getting my ear flushed out, but she refused to do BOTH ears, I was only allowed one. I was billed again 4 MONTHS LATER! After the previous copay payment and insurance. The doctor flushed my ear and I HAD TO ASK if she could do the other one, her response was “You have to make another appointment.” And it hurt like hell when she flushed it out. They won’t treat you for your full condition, they make money by repeating appointments. Untrustworthy and mean. They didn’t even offer Covid tests during Covid. Everyone in there is a snake. DO NOT GO."

They speak ill of and ridicule patients as soon as the latter left the clinic. I left them 3 years ago and not once have I regretted my decision."
