"Horrible . No calls back they tell you call back and never answe phone. Or leave number and never call back. Ive been trying schedule appointment never got one for my child they said they have no appointments they will call back its been 3 months change his clinic. No walk ins . But they dont answer the phone. If child is sick emergency cant walk in clinic. I messaged to try get appointment thru my chart no reply either . Horrible clinic ."

"Terrible. They had my sister waiting in the exam room for 2 hours. Inhumane and unprofessional. No one checked on her. They were probably gossiping or having lunch while she waited. Very classy."

"Avoid this family planning clinic at all cost. The worst place I've ever been to the providers do not care they will not respond to your messages no matter how urgent it is. The staff will view your message and not respond. Forget calling them to contact a provider still no luck. Tests the provider should be doing during your routine care they make tou do yourself in the bathroom. So many more ref flags about this place. Forget needing a prod ure because who ever is I'm charge of scheduling it will never call you I'm surprised this place has never had a malpractice lawsuit yet."

"WORST CLINIC EVER!! Don’t waste your time coming here. I had an appointment at 12:30pm. I arrived 12:21 pm not first timer. It’s now 4:15pm and I haven’t seen the GYN. At 2:30 pm I was told there was 2 people left in front of me and still at 4:15pm nothing. Even people that came after me have seen the doctors. What’s the point of making an appointment if you have to wait hours and hours like you don’t have anything else to do in your day. Worst customer service ever!! Never ever coming back to this clinic. If you come here you’ll spend your entire day."
