"The armpit of whatever they think there trying to accomplish they really don’t help anyone more like they could harm you hey that’s my experience as well as a few others I know that were there really pass this place up Seriously if you’re looking to worsen than your mental health CBH is for you because you not going to get help there"

"They actually work with you if you lose your insurance , unlike other thieves and in case of an emergency I have never had issues getting a quick appointment, 5 stars and I rarely rate anybody in the medical field higher then say 3 , never have to wait more then 5 minutes been a patient for 5 years ."

"I went to them suffering from what they said was post traumatic stress disorder due to my job. I went to 1,2,3 appointments without ever receiving care. I was suffering from panic attacks and was so fearful of everything. I was then berated by Julie , the director because I was unable to make all of the appointments. If I had cancer or diabetes I would have received the proper care asap . Horrible place. Mental illness is real and these people have no empathy. Go to a doctor if you need help, not some community college therapist,"

"This place seems to have some negative feedback but so far this has not been my experience. The physician was thorough and my daughter started working with Tom Z as her therapist and she likes very much. Initial intake took a bit of time but that's a universal issue in light of the mental health crisis. No complaints here."

"The so-called receptionist that work at cbh care in lyndhurst are liars and disrespectful even the manager/ supervisor. They will try to charge you just to speak to your doctor over the phone. That was an issue well one. Then they lied and said .y doctor had a client after sitting for 2 whole hours I decided to just knock on his door come to find out Noone was inside. Please if you cab find another cbh care other then lyndhurst. Take it because these people are so unprofessional and doesn't take mental health serious. In the mean time I a m trying to file a complaint. It's more to this story but to much to type. I was treated unfairly"
