"Had a terrible experience at this store yesterday. I came in to exchange 2 align pants that I had purchased on Mother’s Day last year. Both had come undone on the inseams. When I have had this issue before I bring the pants in and they are easily exchanged. The girl who was helping me was a brunette with glasses, she was extremely rude the entire time. Saying I couldn’t just exchange the pants after a couple years even though it had been less than 1. She then told me these pants are not made for working out. They are only for yoga. Which I’m a personal trainer and hot yoga instructor and have always used these pants for all my physical activity. If Lululemon leggings are not made for exercising or they will ripe what’s the point of advertising them as exercise pants. The employee called in someone else to look at the pants which he said the same thing but once he looked at the pants and saw the inseam was undone he said that was something they would absolutely honor. The female associate was not happy to switch them out. She put the pants down on the counter and then walked away. Another associate came and said “next customer” and I was asked if I was set to go. Absolutely unprofessional! I have been a loyal customer for years anytime I have had an issue it has been resolved. I’m part of the instructor program as well, and am completely disappointed with this experience and considering not buying lululemon anymore since the pant are “not made for exercising” and in my line of work I need them to last."

"John the manager was very unprofessional and condescending. And incredibly rude. He should be fired. I have bought 20 pieces of lululemom. One jacket zip was defective, he told he would not change it under the “Quality Assurance”. There are loads of one star reviews at the location. Shop at another store or online! He should be fired!"

"absolutely terrible, unprofessional, poorly trained staff specifically Franklin pictured here!! He is horrible He is unprofessional and overtly inappropriate with clients. Clearly his “supervisor” title has caused a sick power trip which makes him think he can abuse those around him. Rude & unprofessional security"

"TERRIBLE! Girl at the cashier was not paying attention overcharged me only to then have me process 2 more transactions to get it right! Rude when I asked questions about her mistake. This not only resulted in more unnecessary transactions but more money spent. She clearly hates her job and just not paying attention. This sucks as I love shopping at this store. While I live closer to this location I would prefer to travel to the soho location where everyone is paying attention, warm and welcoming."

"I tried the “Like New” program and brought my Lululemon gear to this store. It really works and what a great step towards sustainability. Trish, at the checkout counter, was super helpful, cheery, efficient and made the whole process a breeze. She also helped me pick out a new Warp Light jacket. It’s associates like her that gives in-person shopping the edge over online purchasing. A follow-up review after availing of the “Like New” program for a second time: they handle the whole process very efficiently. You get your credit instantaneously. Kudos."
