Have purchased 5 firearms and countless gear to date and I've enjoyed every vist to the store. They have a non judgmental patient no pressure sales approach that really helps people feel comfortable. "I Bought a stevens 58 16ga off gunbroker. It was poorly packed and labeled. Gun arrived damaged. I called many times and emailed photos of the gun. They said $100 insurance only and I had to take care of it. Or find another stock for it which there isn’t any correct ones on eBay. Numrich is sold out and I called many other places. I’m currently bidding on one on gunbroker. Instead of taking care of it, beating around the bush in order not to do anything to resolve the matter. Poor customer service and shady individuals. I don’t know how they are in purchasing in person but as a reputable gun dealer I’d expect them to handle situations like these if they want to continue business into the future. Please be aware!!!!!"
