"Good morning. I'm writing to express my upmost respect, gratefulness, and appreciation for your team in the Behavioral Health Department at Cornerstone FH at Jawonio in New City, NY. At a time when I was desperately searching for a new psychiatrist, I feel that Jessenia Aguirre and David Rossi were a godsend. Another medical group I contacted gave me the information for Cornerstone and I've never looked back. My case was/is very complex and I was very lucky to be assigned to them. Everything has gone so smoothly with Cornerstone at Jawonio I'm afraid to leave to find a new team (I'm moving to Pennsylvania 7/14/21). I also want to give a very special thanks to Al, the gentleman that I initially spoke to who started my journey with CFHC at Jawonio, he made everything so easy to set up, including my patient portal, and I always look forward to his calls to remind me of my appointments because he is always nice, jovial, and professional. It is disappointing that I have to leave especially since MY team has set the standards so high as to what to expect from psychiatric care. You are all trailblazers for showing me and the mental health community that support and care doesn't have to be one size fits all, institutionalized (unless its clearly needed), stigmatized, or tucked away in the back of a closet. "They are unethical practice. The evaluation should not be done by a nurse. The nurse gave me stigma about my condition. The nurse was concerned about tge doctor who diagnosed me and many questions about him. Then she says d what partial treatment can offer. This practice is waste of time and unethical to be diagnosed subjectively by a nurse. They should be asked by the board about their practice."

"Very long wait time for my autistic daughter. No matter what time I scheduled the appointment, others were taken first despite her anxiety. Her second appointment was a 2 hour wait as a "walk-in" of an employee was attended to. Shame they are located at Jawonio. It gave the false hope they would have understanding of people with disabilities. I would not recommend this dental office. Dentist was uncommunicative."
