"Clean, open, and cool gear all around. Staff is available to assist with any comments, questions, or concerns. Would recommend."
"Nadia, the best. I came in with a broken zipper on my beloved Arc’teryc coat and she repaired it on the spot with great expertise. Thank you!!"
"i called the store before arriving asking about a specific jacket and was asked if i'd like to reserve it under my name to see if i can pick it up tomorrow. Came the next day and said my name, tried out two different sizes, paid, and made my way out. Super chill and quick experience. edit 2 months later: september 29 2023 The jacket quality is amazing. I live in Canada and the weather is always patchy here. I bought the Beta Jacket for $480 , the water beads so easily even after 2 months of use (think 1-2 times a week so far). I really like it so far and its extremely lightweight as well, so all I do is stuff it in my bag and it takes up no more space than half a book! No regrets, 9.7/10 (-0.3 because of price)"
"Why did you steal the store from Vanessa Bloom & Barry Benson? absolutely outrages. They were living on minimum wage running a flower shop and a legal advice office, now they are homeless in the streets of New York City. Shame on you! never shopping here."
"So many reviews of great customer service - so I’m shocked at how horrible our service was. We walked into an empty store with at least four associates on the floor. Two talking about their dating experiences, one silently just stood near the door and told us to talk to someone else (not sure why) and two others just milling around. I had said I was trying to get my husband to purchase a coat. You’d think that would engage someone - nope. We walked around the store inspecting each garment - openly discussing each item - no help at all. No inquiries. No asking if we needed help. No soliciting questions or assisting us finding the right item. We were the only two people in the store! Two other people came in and were also not approached by this visible and idle staff - they soon left. So maybe this is intentional. Maybe they have been trained to do this. Maybe we didn’t fit their customer base of hearty outdoor hipsters. Idk. I love the products of this company. I also want brick and mortars to stay. But I doubt I will ever set foot into this shop again. Thanks no thanks. Online for me."
