"University hospitals obgyn clinic is not good.. I’ve been treated with rudeness most of the time.. they refuse to treat a uti I have.. and they keep rescheduling my appointments without my knowledge.. and it’s hard for me to attend since I go to college.. I no longer go here for those reasons.. and now every other clinic refuses to take me in because I’m 19 weeks pregnant…(20 weeks starting today) Update. Since no other place would take me, I had no choice but to call back and schedule an appointment… they only had appointments for MAY! I would have to wait a whole month.. that isn’t normal, and they do not care about their patients. I would of been 25/26 weeks by then. I remember having my first daughter at Claara mass and the visits there were every month, then as I got further along, I’d go even more times. Like twice a month. This place is ridiculous… I am not happy and I worry about my baby. I will have to see my primary doctor now only.."

"Although the wait time is much longer than expected, in some cases this can be good because it means the doctors are taking time to explain and answers the patients concerns, Ive had several tests done and the doctors have EXPLAINED every step of the way as they proceed. Ive been suffering with pregnancy loses and losing my son in 2017 after 3 yrs i feel ive got more answers and I have hope i will have a successfully and safe pregnancy when time comes. Thanks to the Fetal medicine and the High Fertility doctors."

"5 years ago when I had my son i had Dr. Lisa Guttenberg. I have never had such a nasty doctor before. She was rude and extremely condescending. She told me it was my fault I got assaulted at my sisters house "because I made the choice to go there" I see nothing has changed in the 5 years I was there. Such rude personell."

"Not a safe hospital. Cramping everyone together not doing covid test to keep people safe. Merging pregnant people with drug addiction users. This hospital shouldnt be a hospital. I went to ER because complications of pregnancy and I ran out after seeing this and got help at a real hospital clara maass hospital. Where they take the right steps on keeping everyone safe. . If your pregnant if u have a child dont go here. You will get covid with the way the handle their patients. They dont care and show it so hard!"

"I had a very difficult pregnancy which ended poorly. The care that I received from the doctors here were absolutely exceptional. They had state of the art equipment and could provide clear diagnoses because of their deep experience. A lot of the posts talk about wait time and the service of the staff not being top notch— I did not experience any of that, although I was not looking for warm and fuzzy— instead, I wanted very precise, evidence based medicine for a very difficult case, which is what I received."
