Caitlyn ( I hope I'm spelling your name right) was engaging with my daughter and super patient. We went to another bio reference and had to walk out without the blood drawn due to another tech not being able to deal with my daughter. I would recommend the Monroe brio reference, in particular Caitlyn, to anyone with small children. She was so kind and supportive and really made all the difference in the world."

"Came in and unfortunately forgot to bring a mask the lady at the counter said she had no more. I live 30 min away and her best option was got to another medical office or to gas station. How does a medical office run out of masks? I know it wasinst her fault but still. and she was very nice after. Ps. I found one on the backseat floor of my car sigh who knows where that one has been."
