"I like this center , the staff I have interacted with were nice. The doctor I use Dr.Bhagt is cool. I rated two stars because I optioned to participate in the "centering program" which was highly recommended but no one ever called back. I reached out for weeks. Initially I was alleged the only one who signed up for an Oct due date- a few weeks ago or months... i lost count. but when I spoke with someone today they said I should have been in the classes already with the other ladies. I'm almost at the end of my pregnancy and has gotten no help from them. Their supposed to offer help with faster visits, more in dept acess to questions and learning about your body and baby, promised a doctor that will likely deliver your baby, food,clothes,dula, mid-wife and even a baby shower with items to help. I really needed these services so for them to be offered and to be assured acceptance and help then not receive any is disappointing. I do pray that the next women is able to get all the help she needs if she chooses to join and I hope they get back to her soon. I believe it's a great program but structure needs work and so does staff."

"My first appointment went well transferring from one place to another has been difficult . My situation is mild due to me only being high risk because of my lupus however , I was seen at a timely manner scheduled with the high risk MFM and will be following up with the pediatric cardiologist . I feel relieved because my care of treatment was in Bergen county and I live in Essex county not to mention I was denied by three other physicians . Moving forward I can take it easy. Dr Vaydovsky made me feel comfortable and no judgement at all just simple questions ."

"Wish I could give 0 stars. Started my pregnancy journey here because they stress how they’re the best when it comes to maternal health. I suffered from bleeding in early pregnancy. Thoroughly explained my situation over the phone & made an appointment to see if everything was okay. Waited 3 hours after my appointment time just for them to check my blood pressure, give me referrals, & tell me there was nothing they could do to confirm a miscarriage or not. Imagine being terrified that you’ve lost your baby & looking for answers from the people who “specialize in maternal health” just to be sent away. Traumatic experience all around. Ended up just going to the emergency room & waiting an additional 7 hrs to confirm that I did, in fact, miscarry. Do yourself a kindness and go somewhere else. And I’m not the type to leave reviews."

"Giving one extra star because the staff is nice and my doctor was great. However, this place is GROSS. There were ants all over the office floor, clumps of dust everywhere. I even found an ant crawling on me."
