The red hair girl is also very nice. I don’t judge the other ones that were on their phones, though. And the store looks amazing!"

"I was heavily debating writing this review because I never want to put anyone's job on the line. However after the treatment I received at this store by the employees I feel it is necessary to make everyone aware so that hopefully it never happens to anyone else. Earlier today I came in for a workout class. I had asked for help earlier before the class began. An employee by the name of Matt, instead of addressing the question and helping me, decided to humiliate, degrade, and embarrass me in front of the entire class. He caused a scene and drew everyone's attention to me for no reason over a simple question. I'm sure the employees there know exactly what incident I'm talking about. I've never experienced this kind of unprofessional and disrespectful attitude before and it made me feel awful. I'm sure this is considered bullying and I'm sure Fabletics as an organization doesn't condone bullying especially from an employee directed towards a customer. On top of that, how do they expect me to sign up for their membership after this kind of experience? The other employee (a blond white woman, unsure of her name) did not say a word to help me or defend me either and she was watching this entire interaction. To the higher ups at Fabletics - I hope you address the unprofessional behavior of your employees. You guys have my name and contact information. If I don't hear back I will be reaching out to corporate myself."

"The entire experience to cancel the Fabletics membership is appalling. For a global business, the option to sign up OR CANCEL should be equally seamless and simple on both ends of the experience. If I signed up online with a click of a button, I should be able to cancel online with a click of a button too. However this is not the case with Fabletics. There is no button to cancel your membership. You HAVE to either ring their North America number on the phone or chat online with a customer service agent during their business hours. The entire process with Fabletics is designed to unfairly retain an unwilling and resistant customer rather than on an engagement model base on genuine connection and interest."

"The good and the bad! The bad: Fabletics will try to get you to sign up for a monthly subscription. The good: You can’t find this quality of clothing for the price anywhere! This location in particular seems to be their flagship store! It’s beautiful and had a very large selection of their clothes. We just so happened to be visiting one the 1 year anniversary of Yitty launching so they had refreshments and little desserts for free while we shopped! While in store we had excellent help from Kisakye N! She helped us find multiple sizes, colors, and patiently assisted our group as we tried on well over 20 items. She was so patient, helpful, and easy going! She explained everything to us about the membership and discounts up front, so by the time we were ready to check out, we knew exactly what we were getting into! Overall great location, great brand, and major shout out to Kisakye! You rock!"
