Bolger Post-Acute Care Unit (PACU) on Christian Health’s campus provides short-term rehabilitation for individuals recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Patients benefit from the expertise of a full-time Interdisciplinary Care Team, including specialized physicians and rehabilitation services. Individualized rehabilitation plans are created to help patients restore function and improve overall health. Patient and family education, delicious meals, and social activities are also provided during the rehabilitation process. Discharge planning begins early in the patient's stay, with a focus on safely transitioning back home. Medicare patients may stay until discharge from the Medicare program.
