"Very upset with Dr and her staff. I've been a patient of Dr. Rupal Bhatt almost 10 years. Today, I set up a virtual meeting for my husband at 9:45am. Due to urgency of matter, we desperately need to talk to her but she didn't show up until 10:30am. We called the office several times and they kept repeating delays due to previous patient. When we finally got connected, communication broke down and she rescheduled at 11:15. My Husband was there waiting another 20 min and hung up. Really angry that staff overbooked the appointment and wasn't able to connect when we need the most for urgent symptoms. They called emergency contact, me, and explain that my Husband didn't show up on 2nd virtual meeting. I've never been so angry how the office handled the whole situation and I don't think Dr. is really caring if she can't be there when we needed the most. Routine follow up was OK but if PCP can't be reached when we desperately needed her, time to look for a new Dr who truly care about patients."

"I've been looking for a new doctor and a friend recommended this place so I made an appointment with Dr. Shirish Bhatt for a yearly physical. I rarely leave reviews but I feel like this doctor deserves it. He's the friendliest doctor I've been to and he seems to genuinely care about his patients. He has a very warm and welcoming personality. Compared to other doctors I've been to that let their expertise go to their head, Dr. Bhatt listens well and seems like a very humble person. His staff behind the counter is also very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place."

"Super disappointed service. My husband and I have our routine exam there and after the exam, front desk told me to make a followup appointment. At this point, I thought it was just like the phone call I get from every other doctor telling me whether I was OK. During the followup I waited for 30 minutes with no apology or communications. The doctor came in for 10 minutes or so telling us our bloodwork looks alright and a month later, I receive two bills of 102 dollars for that ten minutes. Their excuses were: 1. This is a separate visit and 2. The doctor gave dietary advices. I mean, who does that? This is complete fraud. I wasn't told this is something charged for, and I wasn't aware that telling results aren't part of doctor's responsibilities nowadays. Regardless, PATIENTS SHOULD BE CONSENTED OF EVERY SERVICE, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT IS CHARGED. WHETHER INSURANCE COVERS OR NOT, I SHOULD KNOW ON THE SPOT SO I CAN MAKE DECISION!!!"

"Be aware of this place. Went in for a yearly checkup which is fully covered by my insurance. However, I got charged around 250 bucks for services that I did not request for. I would stay away from this place."

"Fast, professional, efficient and friendly staff. Dr. Bhatt truly cares about his patients. Listens intently, treats you as a person, not a number! Amazing experience, so glad he was recommended to me by an ER nurse!"
