"I HIGHLY RECOMMEND I CARE TRANSPORTATION. I have been using r care transportation for the past ten years and never had a problem. They are always on time and always greet me with a smile. Their vehicles are very clean and well maintained. The office staff is beyond great a few times I wasn't done with my appointment when they arrived to pick me up and they had the driver wait for me. I drove with other transportation companies and always had a problem, they were either late picking me up or they just never bothered to show up. I got to a point if I care wasn't coming for me I would cancel my appointment. I CARE TRANSPORTATION IS THE ONLY TRANSPORTATION FOR ME."

"I care Transport is Not a great service but the absolute best service. They have been taking me to my medical appointments for years now. They are polite and kind and I can speak to them come on the phone dispatch is amazing. They even called me today when I have an appointment on Monday and it's Thursday today.This was confirmed my Monday appointment. I have certain requests I asked if they call me because I can't see out my window out I'm on the 2nd floor, they call Upon arrival for me, they show up on time. When I call in there always very nice and polite as I am to them and I can imagine not having them as my service to get to my medical appointments. It must be noted, I have had at least 2 or 3 other services for my medical appointments and it has been a total disaster. They are rude, if they do not show up, And many times these other services do not show up at all! And their vehicles are for the most part clean, and Working air conditioning. Not to mention No which I cannot enough this service meeting " I Care Transport" is the. BEST!! I cannot imagine using any other service."

"This review is for the Manalapan NJ location. I did try going to the website however it seems to be more informational than functional. I had the same driver for pickup & return, her name is Toni. Very pleasant. It was her first day and I was her first ride. She was on point with time and the vehicle was spotless and she did wear a mask. I am thankful for the experience as my previous encounter was a nightmare (not with the same company). So I am hoping that in the future I will be as fortunate with ICare. Thank you for a positive first experience."
