"Staff were completely useless. They were pleasant and tried to help, but had zero knowledge of the store or what they were selling. We came in looking for a specific replacement part and got “well if it’s not here on this wall we probably don’t have it. You could try Ace Hardware across the street” We also came in to ask if they suggested any sealant for a leak we had around our skimmer. The employee literally said “oh I don’t know, I don’t really work in this field I just work here”. We left even more confused than we were coming in. Ace Hardware turned out to be far more helpful. Long story short: don’t expect help or advice. Unless you know specifically what you need, you should probably go elsewhere."

"Of the local stores, I like this one the best. The staff take time although they didn’t tell me a day later that the shock was going to be 15% lower (on sale). I happened to be in the Ramsey store a day later and noticed - they were nice enough to print my receipt and refund me the $$50. Both stores are great - always found the Paramus store to be rushed and lacking attention to the customer."
