"I never write a review on google but the old African American lady at the front desk is always RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. She unwilling to help for veterans the minute she interact with one so I can’t imagine her when she’s not interacting with veterans. She always has to make things harder and yelling at the same time. I’ve seen other people complaining about her attitude and I couldn’t agree more with them. If she is not there for help the veterans needs then she has no job at the VA."

"I had a pleasant appointment with my doctor. But I cannot stay the same or the secretary or receptionist or whoever she is Mrs Brown. She is the worst at any job I’ve seen. I have dealt with her on four different occasions and each time I think it’ll be different but it is not. She has no customer service professionalism and she always interrupts when you’re talking and she’s just plain rude and disrespectful. Couldn’t even do her job I made an appointment, waited two months for my mail reminder that didn’t come to call her and state my problem only to have her interrupt to say “all I could say is my apology” without correcting what she did. She should not be at a front desk here, there or anywhere."
