The wait was not long and they do not accept HORIZON NJ HEALTH and will bill you $250 for the visit.Only reason I decided to get seen because I did not want to wait at a hospital for 3hours to get medication."

"I was recommended to City MD 2 months ago by my daughter’s fiancé. At that time I was living in Hoboken so visited that one This week I visited the one in Jersey City as I recently moved there. Have to say I had a good experience in both offices. The person who treated me was Cristina PA oddly enough in both offices and I was happy to see her because she has a warm, friendly and caring bedside manner. The assistant who was in room before she can in was also kind, considerate and empathetic. Also the offices are very clean and bright. I would definitely recommend this facility both in Hoboken & Jersey City!"

"The lady at the front desk was so kind and courteous. I don’t know her name, but I believe she had light eyes and blondish hair. She greeted me when I came in and even though I was a little frustrated with signup (because I pre-registered and I was unable to finish the registration via the scanner-I had to do everything at the kiosk all over) She apologized for that, and even when I was leaving, she apologized again, even though it was not her fault. Her Customer Service is above excellent. The wait was short to see a doctor. The doctor, Dr Anna Rozentul, was very bedside friendly, along with her assistant. They did tests for me to check why I was sick and then prescribed medication for me when she found out what was wrong which I ended up having 2 issues and I’m doing much better now. I appreciate that they’re able to send my medication electronically to the pharmacy because everything was done quite quickly and when I left, I started receiving emails with the results of my tests and also the documentation from the clinic. This is great! I don’t even receive this from my own primary, so I really appreciate this and I was also able to get a doctor’s note for my job because I was going to be out for a few days. Overall excellent experience with everything! I hope that you guys can continue this level of healthcare because we need this. Thank you so much."

"I have to honestly give this place 5 stars. I've worked in the medical field as a medical engineer for over 25 years for one company in multiple locations in all of NYC especially Brooklyn and Manhattan. I've seen mean staffs, uncaring doctors, and unkept cleanliness in facilities so I can tell you I know a good medical center when I enter one This particular location was excellent. They have a great front desk who was extremely helpful especially with the kiosk and the medical assistant who did my vitals was great and a patient listener. The facility was immaculate. Excellent air quality, clean floors and windows. The desks were tidy and organized. Just a really nice looking place inside. The doctor I had was Dr. Shah and she was 5 stars. Easy to talk to, she was informative, she explained as she went along, she was concerned about other health issues I have and expressed it. I've seen and worked with over 50 different doctors and countless staff members and this doctor was by far the most pleasant doctor I've ever met. 5 stars from me and I rarely ever give anyplace 5 stars.... 5 stars to the staff And definitely 5 stars to Dr. Shah ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐"

"I’ve used this medical center several times and found the level of care to be very high. The administrative procedure goes fast and smoothly and the nurses and doctors have been highly professional, competent and kindly. It’s comforting to have this excellent center in the neighborhood."
