"She walked into the room with a judgemental attitude. If you have a mental illness and need help, don't go to her. She's rude, dismissive, and condescending. She gave me a note for 2 weeks said to go to psychiatrist. Psychiatrist have like a 6 month waiting period. I get she's not qualified in mental illnesses but use a little compassion when talking to your patient. Instead of trying to make a patient seem like they're lunatic for trying to get help."

"Eh. Not the best experience ever at a doctors office. I’ve been a patient for over three years and during my last visit they threw out my blood samples because I was three weeks early for my yearly physical. No apologies for having to redraw a couple of tubes of blood. Now they don’t have appointments for the next month. I rather go elsewhere."

"This is clearly not an office that puts patients first. I was five minutes late for my apt at 2:45 after waiting a while for the elevator to appear from the top floor, then stopping more, etc. - with my two year old and infant with me, and we were all turned away because I was “late and doctor was leaving at 3” which is strange since the afternoon before they told me I could have either a 2:45 or the 3pm time slot for the appointment with her if I wanted. When I made the appointment nobody told me to come early, expect a slow elevator, or that if I was 5 minutes late that I would be denied getting medical assistance. The front desk mentioned that doctor may refuse to see me for being so late (at that point in the conversation it was 2:52 lol) and then checked with doctor and confirmed that she was refusing to see me and that I could come back another day. The whole experience was NOT patient-forward whatsoever, especially since they had originally told me that she was willing to see patients at three just the day before. Seems from the reviews it’s not just me who’s had issues."

"Dr. Jasper cancelled 3 scheduled appointments in 2 months. They DO NOT HAVE ANY MASKS, yet they require masks to be worn by everyone. This practice is terrible at scheduling and provides zero flexibility for patients. The doctor and staff act as if they are more important than people in their care. Awful."

"This is the best Doctor I have encountered, The office staff is absolutely amazing always so kind and so well spoken. Everyone seems to genuinely care about their patients. The energy in this office is so different from what I have experienced elsewhere.I wanted to just thank you Dr. Tiziana Jasper and staff for being different then all the rest!
